We look to the future, take heed of trends, and pay attention to what our customers want.

Amy Packaging takes its responsibility towards future generations very seriously. In doing so, we set no less than the standard for ourselves to design the entire product cycle based on the highest standards for sustainable business: From the use of raw materials required for manufacturing, to the selection and number of additional product components, to the most environmentally friendly production possible and consideration of low-emission distribution channels.

We are already working on future-oriented designs and are guided by the following key points:

1. Optimized packaging with the necessary wall thickness to maintain function, protection, and lightened capsules.

2. Integration of recycled materials: Post Consumer Resin (Up to 100%)

3. Renewable materials and bio-based plastics: notably from sugarcane

4. Recyclable tubes: tubes and caps compatible with bottle recycling streams

We are continuously expanding our portfolio and collecting knowledge. We secure our economic success by developing solutions that are sustainable in the long term-while keeping our signs on the environment.

Amy Packaging executes PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) as our guideline for continual improvement of processes and products. Based on the philosophy of lean thinking, we reduce 15% material consumption, decrease 40% production procedure, and reduce 30% carbon foot print through the product design and production process. With the intention to increase the efficiency, AMY upholds the principle of environmental protection.

Amy Packaging has implemented green initiatives focused on eliminating waste and promoting efficiency, as well as expanded to producing packaging with recycled and recyclable materials.
